Gillian started practicing yoga on and off 16 years ago and mostly focused on Ashtanga yoga. After an injury, she discovered her love for Vinyasa Flow and many other types of yoga. Wanting to share her passion for yoga as well as all the amazing benefits she's experienced with others, and to help her clients feel their best in body, mind + soul, Gillian became certified as a yoga instructor in Bali in 2016. Gillian works to empower others to live a holistic + healthy life as possible, giving them the freedom to enjoy life to the fullest through her business Wellness Gypsy. She's also a qualified Naturopath as well as Certified Holistic Health Coach who also works with essential oils.
